Power plant Erbium

This station was hell of a ride. Having been exposed badly on social network the whole place has been hardened with many modern cameras. It took us 3 tries to finally smash it.

Boiler house

Like for every power plant we first take our time to wander around the boiler house, listen for any suspicious noise and of course, enjoy the vastness of the space.

Turbine hall

We had a wonderful lightning while we were there. The sunlight was feeding through all windows making for very great pictures. We did not take too much time there tho as they were new cameras inside the hall that could be monitored.

Control room

While I am a sucker for turbines, this plant also hosted one of the prettiest control room in Germany, with a lovely art-deco style.

Fewer people been able to get into the place because of the locked doors but luckily we did found a way in by going underground and behind the technical panels.

This station was an hard one, which make it even better. I am happy we did put energy and effort trying to get in. While the turbine hall is not one of the prettiest, the control room and boiler house are really unique.
